What’s your favorite way to promote your clickbank offers, and why?

    SEO
    PPC
    Article
    Bum Marketing
    Squidoo Lens
    Viral Methods – Software/Videos/ ect
    Social Marketing- Myspace/Facebook ect
    Other

My favorite way would have to be PPC. I use other methods listed here but that depends on the offer im promoting. But I find that PPC is easier for me because of the time spent and the amount of traffic and sales you can get right away. Also I am pretty savvy with all the major PPC networks (Google,Yahoo,Msn). Even though it’s not the best ROI sometimes it can be tweaked to your advantage.

I have primarily marketed with MSN, Google and Yahoo. I am not very good with PPC marketing and have lost a lot of money to Google-- made very little through Clickbank. Probably marketing something no one wants.

Just building websites for each niche. Requires more work than PPC but it pays of nicely without spending money. (Only webhosting and domains).

Blogs and PPC, although blogs typically work better for me. I can get my cost per click down fairly low with PPC, but my conversion rate is terrible. Clearly I'm not a copywriter!

Squidoo. It's free and it gets results.

Hi my favourite method of marketing clickbank products is bum marketing.
Writing a good article takes between twenty and fourthy minutes and if you do it correctly you can make an average of 1 sale a month.
So if you get 20$ that's 240$ a year not bad for less then an hour of work.
Of course some articles won't generate sales this is mainly because.

    - The title doesn't grab the attention of the reader.
    - The article is poorly written and consist of spelling and grammar mistakes.
    - The article is not divided into paragraphs. I read a lot of information online but if the text is one line I immediately stop reading.
    - The article is to complex.
    - The article is to simple. For example if you write articles about bodybuilding it is not enough that you can write some tips to build more muscle mass you should now everything about anatomy/fat loss/ how the muscles work etc...

    - The resource box doesn't contain a call to action.
    - Your landing page is not relevant enough
    - You do not know where your traffic is coming from.
    - Broken links on your landing page/ in resource box
    - You do not track your traffic

I Tried Bum marketing - but misunderstood what it meant. My first product was a World of Warcraft Guide from ClickBank. Yes a WOW Guide from Clickbank, and I tattooed a "W" on each of my cheeks (Yes that's what I thought Bum marketing was). Anyways it ended up being a disaster. My Girlfriend ended up in the wrong position and thought I had a thing for my mom. Oh well - no more Bum marketing for me. I'll stick with PPC!

SEO and bum marketing are long term games. In a years time you can make good money from marketing that way. I much prefer PPC as its so much faster.

First of all, Article, Bum Marketing and Squidoo Lenses ARE all a part of the "Bum Marleting" process... (at least to me). My favorite method of finding out if a product is worth promoting - BUM MARKETING is risk free ;)

I'm using some article marketing and PPC (when Google doesn't require ridiculously high bids).
