    You've written a post on your blog about how to do SEO for a new website but you don't know the difference between good and bad SEO spam.

    All links / link spamming have their uses, its just how you use them that makes a difference.

    There is a time and a place for spam in your link building campaigns.

    Blasting 10000 forum profiles or blog comments at once is definitely backlink spam :). Build links slowly and naturally and you will be fine.
