    I know that a sending limit its around 2000, but...
    There is a specific time...or one year time? or the limit keeps at 2000?

    If I am not wrong, the limit is a lifetime limit until you verify your account.

    If i'm also not wrong sending limit for unverified paypal account is 100 for lifetime. Withdrawal limit is 3000 for lifetime and monthly withdrawal limit is 500.

    I think Corey is right...it depends on the country BTW it seems there is no annual limit...in my case...or lets wait till end of the year....
