wether it's possible can run 2 campaign with a budget ?

If i consider a budget $1000 for 2 campaign wether it's possible can run 2 campaign with a budget ?

or should for every campaign is considered a budget ?!

This is nonsense. You're not supposed to have more than one account, unless they are linked in an MCC, but of course you can 2, 4, 6, 8 campaigns -however many you want

you mean 1 campaign for $ 100?

 

You will need to split your budget between 2 campaigns - e.g set $500 for each, or $400 and $600, or however you want to split it.
