Anyone else promoting Westjet? I put a flash banner on my site made a sale and now the banner cannot be clicked on. I contacted Westjet through CJ a couple days ago but still haven't heard back. I replaced the banner with a different one but my CTR dropped by 35% so I would like to get this resolved ASAP. Any help is appreciated.
Yeah, that's why I want to get it resolved sooner than later. The flash banner was 160x600 and the animated gif banner is 120x600. The position on the page is the same. The difference was the 160w banner fit the column better and had some motion which seemed to attract visitors attention. I still haven't heard from the company
