hii can anyone give me a solution for this...i want to use western union service which is offered by google adsense but the problem is for using western union you need to have photo id card which is issued by the government.. The country where i am living i am not a citizen of that country so i don't have any government issued photo id card..the thing i am only having is student id card which is also in chinese...so there will be problem cause my id card is total in chinese ... So the thing i want to ask can i use my Passport for taking money from western union
oh sure you can.. In India here, I use my passport as a photo ID to withdraw WU payments. (Not Adsense Payments ofcourse, as its not available in here)
Definitely you should use your Passport. When I used to study in America, they seemed not to be able to accept my country's driver license or national ID, but at least the passport should be accepted as a legal and known identification.
Yes, it`s available in Europe. But is the commission actually a fixed amount or a certain percentage of the money sent? Why are they making copies of the ID documents? What are they doing with them? Within how many days do you have to collect the money?
To the op I think you should go to a WU agent and ask them whether they will accept your student id. You could also try taking your passport and show them the visa issued by the govt. of the country where your residing. The language of the id doesn't matter as long as it is issued by the local govt. WU pays out at a lower rate than the open market exchange rate. There is no other commission. They send the id documents to the cia 30
