Western union related query

    I want to know the payment limits for funds transfer from Any country to India, and fee related to it. I have got WU earlier but the max amount i use to deal was 500 usd, but now i need it for $10K.. is it safe to request such volume of USD via western union

    Don't know about limit for one time transfer but one can not receive more then 12 transactions in calender year as per their rule.

    I'd say for such an amount a wire transfer would be much more suitable than using Western Union.

    yes i know it's 12 transaction limit.. but any idea on one time sending funds limit??

    Max i have requested till now in one go is $500

    Wire is good but i prefer cash in hand :)

    I think you need to ask any nearest WU branch for this.

    I have requested max till now in one go is $1200.

    I think there is no limite through to transfer money by WU :)
