Western Union Problem

    I have a problem about my payment in Google AdSense. Can I received my payment from Western Union eventhough I'm out of the country? I'm here in Dubai now but my country registered in AdSense is Philippines. Please help me. I need an immediate response thank you

    no you cant only get your money from WU if you there in philippines good luck
