Western Union Payment Problem Adsense

    on 22 december i got my payment status update to "Automatic Payment in Progress" but after some time status changed to "Automatic payment declined: Western Union for ($275.64). No reason provided by your financial institution" and after some time status again changed to "Automatic Payment in Progress" can any body tell me wht is going on?
