Western UNion is Best.

Its really nice to receive payouts through western union in my country. its really much better than xoom or other payment method.

 

Do you think it is better than Paypal?

 

For receiving google payout imho its much better than paypal. The charges are borne by google and its easy to receive.

 

Western Union is not available for my country and I wish it will be soon. Paypay is good too but I prefer Western Union.

I wish they could support their own payment system: Google Checkout

 

Adsense is providing payment in free of cost via Western Union.

Because they pay you in interbank rates so interbank rates are lower as compare to open market rates.
