I just started accepting payment method as WesternUnion.

My business small part is selling adwords coupons.

I just want to know :- How much safe it is?

    Any chargeback policy?

If buyer bought the digital goods and after sending money if he said that item not recieved and report to - , what are the possible issues?

Is it safe from money laundering?

Can I use :- Invoice software to track the deal legal by making invoices?

I just want to know , how much safe it is?

And what precautions to take to make deal safe.

Advises are welcome from experience wu traders.

I have used western Union in past to accept payments from clients and I never have had any problems with it.

There is no such chargeback facility in Western Union. Once you have picked the money it's yours so you can say there is not much protection for buyer when paying with WU. Though sender could cancel sending money within 15 days but the only case is if receiver is/was unable to collect the money.

It's quite safe for sellers IMO

All good, except they are expensive and charge good amount of fees on every transaction.
    No charge back issues.

If you are client's are ready to pay via WU, all good.

Western union is good. I'm using it to accept payment from anybody worldwide. But if you sell adwords voucher for say $15 then your customer should spend maybe $30. $15 would be the fee to send that $15 :D

    Right, but consider this:

Ask your Client to send $1000 and he pays $15 fee to send that much from USA. He pays even less fee

western union is a money transfering service and so they dont allow chargeback since the sender have to deposit the cash in a WU office.... but i will not advice you to use WU for long term as WU dont allow merchant service and if you receive too many payments in a year then you might get in trouble... in india now WU report this to Crime branch because of terrorist threat... so i will really advice you to stay away from WU if you dont want to get in trouble... for more info what can happen, you can do google search....

but if you want a problem free merchant service, then go for Moneybookers.com where nobody can take back your money.... once you get paid, you stay paid... there are lots of other merchant service they dont allow chargeback....

As you would already know, Western Union was built for the very purpose for people to remit emergency money to family and friends in a foreign country and as such, they are mainly use for ad hoc basis and not on an ongoing process. Typically examples would be to remit money to your children when they are studying abroad and need quick money or for travellers who run out of funds and need instant money.

Western Union fees are high because of the network they built and the instantaneous funds transfers and in terms of emergency, they are more than well-worth it. However, it should not be used on the normal course of business because of the high fees and that you need to constantly go down to the Western Union office to get your money. The travel and the inconvenience of getting all the documentations with the high fees would certainly put off many people especially if the dollar amount is small and the transfer is not urgent.

Since Western Union is a remittance company like your bank when you send money via checks or wire transfers, they do not need to know why you are sending the money and their only concern is that the money is being transferred. As such, there is no chargeback or disputes once the money is sent.

As Pervert-for-life stated, they would however be on the look out of possible breach of international laws as far as terrorist funding, money laundering and possible fraud may take place. I know in Singapore, there was some kidnapping scam going around where family members were contacted and told that one of their relatives was being kidnapped and to send some ransom money over to someone in some other country and the local western union office was alerted to the scam and advice their customers about it and stopped several cases in which customers may have lost their money to such scams. They do work closely with the local authorities when that happens.

Thanks Pervert-for=Life and eddy, Iam just got the answer of main point of question.
Yes, It can be used for terrorist purposes , or if someone stolesome money or did a bankrupcy and send some money to the user then user will be in problem.
Since Indian crime branch and cyber crime branch is going active day by day , it would be a problem for the merchants to involve wu in internet business.
I will just avoid the payment as its my first wu money but I just want to stay away from it and stick to my facourites , paypal and payoneer.
