In my own experiences, combining using herbal medicine with western medicine would be the most effective way, especially for disease like H1N1.

    Thanks,

Herbal medicines don't have any side effect and if you go for allopathic medicines then it would have side effects.

I prefer herbal medicine. Much safer than other medicine with no side effects. What I love most is that alot of herbal remedies can be used to cure multiple ailments. For instance, a flower like mullein can be effective in treating colds, coughs and upper respiratory infections but can also be used for whooping cough, bronchitis, difficult breathing, mild diarrhea, vomiting, relief of hemorrhoids and bed wetting. I do alot of research on herbs and herbal medicine

Ofcourse herbal are far more better than the quick pain killer western medicines. It does time to recover by herbal ones, but they are more healthy than the western pills.

I think eastern medicine is not actually medicine. Like eastern philosophy is not philosophy. It has some favorable effect but can't cure any desease or be alternative of surgical procedure.

im a big fan of herbal medicine as you can prob see from the site in my sig. Ive been using herbs for around 5-10 years now and if used correctly they can be just as powerful as anything the pharmaceutical industry offers and usually with less side effects.
