When I first designed my first website with some basic skills learnt from university and managed to get the site hosted, i was really proud. The site no longer exists but thinking of the site now, it wasn't the best site but I learnt lots whilst building it. Were you proud after building your first website and thinking back now, was it a good website?
Building my first site 12 years ago was a pain in the ass didnt know anything about html php etc etc... Glad i moved on and learned a couple of things around the years hehe
Very proud of my first website, made a lot of mistakes but this is the best way to learn and improve.
I didn`t programmed my website.but I worked and gave money to good php programmer.I myself designed my website.it is full dynamic.now it has 10k daily and it is growing after 5.5 years.I proud for it
Oh yes- Ive only just finished my first site. Ive been making it in Kompozer and little things that I now know took days to figure out, I reckon I could do it in a fraction of time another go round. Any way I keep logging into it just to look at it and the thought anyone on the planet can do the same is fantastic, im biased but its not bad for a first attempt either
Ya, its a great feeling to have your own site. Even now also my first site is the best one. Others are not as good as the first one. - Mr.President -
Definately i am proud of my first website as its my personal website which is created using frontpage (simple html base). I am still having it DON.
Yes, I was! It was nothing but a forum, like this, but I was proud of it. The more energy I put into it, and the more members I got, the better it became. I just wish I could have kept up with it. It's lost somewhere in cyberspace now...LOL.
I'm still newbie only build a few websites but still got this wonderful feeling when publishing a new site.I love doing this
I remember my first website was the classic model of dark background and white text with no tables and no images
I was totally zero when build it for the first time. Many mistakes and problems but was really tired during that time. But now, i'm really proud for myself..hehe
I was very proud. My first website was basically a page that had a pretty decent header, navigation, footer, map legend and a google maps API that I pretty much put together myself(which really was a pain, because I didn't know a whole lot of javascript). I built the database with xml and it loaded into the map. Its not up anymore though, because I can't afford the hosting without getting nothing in return.
