I hear the East Coast of the US had some major issues (some servers were down, part of the Internet didn't work at all). We're fine here in Florida, but I've seen a huge drop in overall internet marketing activity late last night and all day today.
I'm in the midwest and the internet was slow yesterday morning, with some pages not loading at all, requiring multiple attempts. The internet is not perfect, far from it. This is not the first time there have been mass problems and will not be the last.
I di not see much of anything up here in New England. I did not that the Twitter feed to the company website seemed to be down for part of the afternoon, but was not sure what that as stemming from. Could have been on our side.
Yep! I'm in Toronto and for a good part of the day I was affected. Thankfully our office was not affected.
Turns out it was stupid Amazon's fault. http://www.theverge.com/2017/3/2/14792442/amazon-s3-outage-cause-typo-internet-server
The funny thing is, I have completely unable to use my WiFi connection today here in India. The whole day my service provider telling me link down, link down.
