We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India

    I got a complaint from my client that he received an error like "We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time.". Does any PayPal Indian user facing the same issue? I searched through the PayPal blog but no information were there.. What would be the steps to overcome this issue? Many Thanks in advance for your replies:)

    Personal Paypal Payment disabled for indian paypal users long time ago. Go through related threads in this forum.

    Try sending payment for a purchase of goods or services and not a personal payment.

    Follow these steps on the PayPal website: (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select ‘Goods’ and (c) provide a shipping address.
