Hi, i have recently experiencing difficulties when paying up merchants or personal account users. It comes up with an error ''We are not able to process your request. Please try again later.'' Any idea what it is?

Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available). But i have ordered an item online and i successfully checked out. This happened to me earlier and i have contacted the support and later it got sorted. So hoping to get it resolved this time.
Yes that's what i have figured. I just stopped trying for a couple days and its working as it supposed to be afterwards.
