were do people get script licesens to help?

    i want to know were people get all those licenses to sale.
    For example those people selling vbulletin 4 at a much cheaper price.
    Do they steal them or do they hacked them or is it connections with in the company?

    some people sell there lisences , but the best thing is buy it from the official site , costs more but U WILL NEVER BE SCAMMED
