Went from #1 to the bottom of search results

Hiya search gurus. I have a problemo with my site www.prosafesales.com. I had top listing on all my keywords a week ago and then over night BAM I was off the list. A couple possible explanations if you would be as kind to check me on.

    1. I was using G* sitemaps and accidentally I submitted a site map with half of my urls deleted. I have since fixed that problem. Maybe it hates me because it thinks I got rid of a bunch of content.

    2. I just started using sponsored listings with G*, don't ask me why since I was at the top. Maybe it wants to get more money out of me so it doesn't list in organic any more.

    3. When I added sponsored listings I used a duplicate home page with a different url for tracking purposes, but I listed the duplicate home page on my G* sitemaps, so it may be penalizing me for duplicate content????

    4. I am guilty of key work spamming. Did I cross the line?

Oh one more thing, in my over exuberance to get on the web, (I'm clearly a rookie) I listed my keywords and copied some content into some other blogs and link partners and stuff. Now they're coming up in my keywords instead. Any advice would be rewarded with one million thank yous!

Your website doesnt look like it deserves to rank for anything really strong. What was your keyword?

Plus you are doing some dirty keyword stuffing at the bottom, I dont think that was the case though. Your website doesnt seem what google wants in the first place.

Most of my meta keywords worked. Why do you say that google doesn't want it in the first place? What do I need to change?

I agree, the keyword stuffing is definitely going on there.

    Any adivce for me?

I would certainly increase the text content on your home page, for starters. Also add some alt tags on images. :)
