Well i have a php script site and a person made an order, we make manual approval before sending script so this person paid and one hour opened a dispute saying that item not recieved.

Now i sent the details via email also via the paypal communication box after that person didnt apply for 4-5 days then i escaled the case to paypal

Now they ask for tracking number ? wtf .. how can a digital download thing have a tracking number ?

Well for now i gave some number and explained the situation in comments

Wat are my chances in this case ??

I strongly suggest you to call paypal and let them know of everything (no tracking number as its script). You will get quick response from them this way.

    DON.

Instead of giving them the false tracking number, you should have directly used the phone to call them and brief them of the circumstances in which the deal was carried out.

Do also send them the copy of the conversation you had with your buyer to back up your case.

put another copy of the script somewhere which you can easily track when it has been downloaded. Tell the buyer of it's new location and ask them to download it from there, copy paypal in. Once it has been downloaded you should see the users IP address downloading the file

Don't use paypal anymore. Trust me. They are doing this to everyone who is receiving payment for digital product and asking for tracking number. Move on to other payment method. If they keep asking questions and want more proof, don't give all these important document to them. Don't let them have it. Stay away from them! They are thief. If you use paypal to buy something, they won't bug you. If you use paypal to receive payment, they will try to ask you lots of questions and limit your account up to 180 days. They want to convince you are wrong and they are right. But it is the opposite. They should be called Payscam. The same thing happened to me so I am telling you from experience.

I will never use paypal anymore. I feel that everyone should do the same. Paypal is childish. The more you entertain them, they will be more dangerous. Paypal is famous in the USA for the big problems it is causing.
