Selling Well-Ranking, Simple & Cheap WordPress Blog with 100% Unique Content

I own BuyRoundDiamonds.com and would like to sell it as soon as possible. It is populated with 100% unique content, and the dozen-and-a-half articles I've written for it to build links are all completely unique. I never submit a duplicate article to a different directory. I've also done some other basic forms of link building, but it's mostly been article marketing.

Because I haven't put AdSense on it, I haven't made any money from this yet. However, it is almost exactly a year old and ranks #2 for the keywords in its domain, as well as has potential to rank for the targeted keyphrase, "round diamonds". At the very least, you can make some money from affiliate programs/AdSense/link selling over time, or just hold this site for awhile and flip it for much higher than you buy it.

The domain needs to be renewed on 11/4/10, and that's $10 at DomainSite.com (where it's registered). Because of that fee, I will sell this site for $25 instead of $35, as I was planning on. Perhaps I'm shooting myself in the foot, but I'm even willing to negotiate further if necessary. I do require some immediate funds and would like to sell this site quickly. Thank you!

 

I know that big orange thing up there says "ownership not verified by seller" but I assure you I do own this site! And because time's runnin' out and I am quite desperate, I will give this up for FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15!) Come on!

 

I can't believe nobody wants to buy a cheap site like this! I will sell this for $20, which now will include the domain renewal since the domain has expired (I have a month to renew it though). Please, somebody take this!
