Selling Well ranked site with over 850k inbound links ...Xbox gaming site...9 years old

The site is over 9 years old and has about 850k backlinks from about 13k different domain names. The site is well ranked for "copy xbox games" and "copying xbox games". I just bought the site a few days ago and at that point it only had a few pages of content and no ads or revenue streams. I added a classified ad section that works sort of like a auto blog (custom software that I wrote) and it now has thousands of used xbox games and xbox systems on it.

I have sold two ads for $100 per month (sold them to some guys on a forum) and they are cpa offers so right now the site has $200 a month in income. The site could do a lot better by adding adsense, selling a ebook on how to copy games, dropship used xbox games, charge for classified ads, and a several other methods. I dont know much about the traffic yet but will post it as soon as I get a few days of data. The two terms that it ranks well for get 12k and 49k searches per month.

Just open to offers on the site. First decent offer gets it.
