    i want to know that is it true? if we give our site in adword the adsense ad rate of our site is decrease? please reply me thanks.

    no, adsense ad rate not do anything , if that site running adword.

    but i read some where, its against google adword. that if site have adsense and also run adword. i am not sure about this, bcz i saw many sites doing this.

    Website Types to Avoid

    The following website types will be penalised with low landing page quality scores. If we receive complaints about ads for websites of this kind, they will not be allowed to continue running.

    Data collection sites that offer free items etc., in order to collect private information
    Arbitrage sites that are designed for the purpose of showing ads
    Malware sites that knowingly or unknowingly install software on a visitor's computer

    If they think you have a Made for Adsense site, they will penalise you - if you lucky they'll just keep the cost so high that your ads never show, so you don't waste your money. In the worst case scenario they can close either or both of your adsense and adwords account. I've never heard of them depressing the cost of your adsense clicks because of it, but it seems possible - it would be the logical other side of the coin to raising your adwords costs.
