    Here is a PR3 web directory (phpLD 3.6)

    This site didnt decrease in the most recent update, but stayed the same.

    This directory is producing a steady income mostly from listings, but a little from AdSense as well - 42.00 for March, 66.00 for April.

    It is registered with GoDaddy.

    Purchaser may have 6 months free hosting.

    I am looking for offers. You tell me what you will give either by replying or by PM.

    I have gotten quite a few PMs about this in addition to the replies here. Several people have expressed interest to purchase for $150, but no one has taken it yet.

    I posted this yesterday, but haven't got a lot of responses until today.

    Remember - domain doesnt expire until May 2008 and your hosting will be free until October 31 2007 - That's worth around $40 to $60 right there.
