This is a great site and very easy to run,

I have not spent any time on this site at all, hence it is only growing very slowly. If developed this is would grow very fast and increase in value significantly.

Development options

Run a premium content gateway (I have a current offer from Mootermedia who will install a gateway on the site so people us virtual currency to buy download and accounts. I used to run CPALeads and was making around $500 a month but this decreases site traffic).

Develop the site by integrating social media sharing buttons

Create an online backup site like box.net - make the site more premium - you can charge for storage accounts.

You can limit download on free users so they have to sign up for premium accounts, when I did this I used to get around 20 paid accounts a month.

There is a whole host of options on how to quickly build up and develop this site.

Sell text link ads, strong domain.

Currently get a few hundred file uploads a day, around 25 new free account signups a day and uses about 20GB - 30GB of bandwidth a day.

I have a great deal on the server that you can take over - $188 a month for quad core, 4GB RAM, 1TB storage and unlimited bandwidth.

Get your self a great site that has been around for a long time, with a bit of love this site can provide some very good returns.

where is it hosted, would you be able to transfer website? do you have raid protected storage or simple hd

 

How much space is the site currently taken now out of the 1tb? How long are files kept before deleting? Do you have an email for all 4000 users and are they confirmed?

 

PS. What is your reserve? As with no income it's hard to base what the site can make.

 

are you offering any pay to upload affiliate program ? any debt to current affiliates if you have such program going on?

 

I have all the mods available for the script, including lifetime license. To buy the script and all the mods costs about $500. I dont have a BIN just yet wills ee how bidding progresses then decide. Regards M.

 

I would definitely recommend you just take over the server deal, by far the easiest options.

 

We have an earning system where user earn money everytime they download files, there is very little owing here maybe $20 currently.

Google Analytics is included in the auction. You can see pretty much all the stats you need right at the top of the thread. If any buyers would like to get added to the analytics account then please make a your bid as I will only be adding people to my actual analytics account who are serious bidders and above the reserve.

 

All accounts have an email address and are emailable through the admin panel ...
