Selling well established Huge potentional FILE MIRRORING site with growing traffic!

i'm selling my site (re-listing) since last thread failed to meet my reserve

*no files will be saved in your site, so this is a free warez site, all files are uploaded to different file hosting sites, you just need to clean the temporary folder.


here's what i already paid so far for the site:

*it's using qooy script ($100)

*using special plug in to remote upload from Rapidshare to any file hosting site ($50)

*all files uploaded or remote uploaded goes to netload.in and Rapidshare website owner account ($60)

*bought template for $40 and designed a logo for another $20

*very carefully CEO-ed cost me around $100 (that's why it got a PR1 in almost no time!)

*some google adwords for maybe like $50

so total cost so far is around $400

i'm not despreate to sell, the site is getting more and more traffic every single day and right now i'm not marketing it at all, so the traffic is coming by nature

meaning, you can just buy this site and grow with it, it'd already out of phase 1 (the site is getting traffic without advertising)

so a little of marketing from you should get things to run.

i'm currently experimenting ad networks, i found that affiliated networks pays better, but yet i'm getting some profit from adsense, i'm using also Smowtion & Clicksor, screen shoots of revenue will be sent upon request by PM ( i don't want to publish it in public)

here's the figues during Mar.10:
Google Adsense: €5.40 almost $7
Clicksor: $2
Smowtion: $2.5

again, i'm doing NOTHING to market my site, so a little bit of some marketing or hiring some people to upload famous files to your site will attract more visitors which means more profit.

There's also a chance where you can sell banners in your site, i have done it before, you can spread the word about the site and get more money from ads, or again wiat for traffic to increase and the profit will increase with it



COST:

the website needs to be hosted in a dedicated server, if you already have one great, otherwise you should get one for this site.
currently i'm using a VDS costing me a $63 per month.

so it's better to move to a dedi sooner or later
