Well designed site with some revenue - PR3

I have decided to sell my site getmax.com.au due to full time work comitments.

The site was started in August 2006 and has since recieved $18.55 in revenue although the site only has one small adsense unit on each page and could carry much more advertising.

To get the .com.au you need to have an Australian Business Number although the site could easily be moved to a suitable .com domain. I decided on targetting more local traffic that is why the site is a .com.au, but the sites content can easily be adapted for an international audience.

As it stands the site recieves about 60% Australian traffic and 40% International traffic and 99% of all the traffic is from search engines.

All the sites content is loaded from a database - I enter all data directly through phpMyAdmin.

The price i'm asking for the site is dictated by the hours invested in the site and the potential I believe the site has.

PRICE US$899 or will consider trading for low maintenance sites (not proxies).

Your price is very high.. on what is it based ? Revenue ?
Are the articles unique AND original ?

 

The price is based on the work invested and site potential - some people may not see the value in the site which is fine that is why i'm willing to trade for another site that requires no maintenance.

All articles on the site are unique and original and written by myself.

PS. I'm open to suggestions on what people think the site is worth.
