Well converting incentivized email/zip submits?

    I doubt there are any incentivised email/zip submits unless it's like second page ones.

    Because emails/zips don't guarantee $$$, very little advertisers will allow incentivation on their offer. In fact it's been a long time since i've seen one and I am with a lot of affiliate networks. What you can do is use a script like the one in my sig and incentivize offers anyway, aka blackhat.
