Weirdest Thing I've Ever Seen

I've been coding for 7-8 years now and had multiple small websites but working on this site for a client and I'm seeing something I've never seen before.

Basically part of the site redirects you to a page if you aren't logged in. It was malfunctioning and whenever I uploaded a revised version of the page nothing changed so I completely deleted it... the page still exists. Checked FTP it's gone, tried multiple browsers even my phone nothing changed. Restarted my computer, same problem, still not on FTP. Why is it allowing me to access a file that doesn't exist?

UPDATE: When I go to the subdomain of the main domain I'm hosting off of the file doesn't exist... The domain is pointing to my hosting right now and has never not been

Also I forgot to mention, deleting or changing any other file works just fine. This one stays the same though and won't go away.
