weird trend on high profile blogs

    Hi...after looking at nunmerous high profile blogs, such as problogger...I have noticed alot of them have a sitemeter link on them. What would be the benefit of a blog owner have a sitemeter link?

    For giving potential advertisers traffic statistics, or to show off their success. It's also possible they were paid to use it.
