Weird "Traffic Spike" being reported by some sites...

    I was just in the forums at Avault and here's what they are saying..

    "In 24 hours, AVault has had 115 million users hitting the site with an average of 9.6 page views per user"...

    I have had nearly a 500% increase in 2-days (I never get that much) and I have been reading about other sites also experiencing this..

    Make sure your site is secure.. I think something weird is going on...

    Maybe denial of service attack? Does the traffic have referring URLs in the logs?

    My site is just a blog site so I have no way to look at the logs...

    I was just curious since there seems to be alot of other sites reporting it also..

    Not for my site!.... hahahahaha

    I also doubt it's a denial of service attack since it would be attacking my little site and other small sites while I would think they would go for someone big to knock off the net..

    Maybe a *Script Kiddie* that can't *Script*... hahahaha
