    Alright guys,

So I created my site the other day and it got indexed by googled pretty quickly. Anyway, I added a few unique articles to it and today I decided to do some link building, so i posted my link at http://www.imtalk.org/cmps_index.php?pageid=IMT-Website-Submitter and also subscribed to some other directories and stuff. Soon after that, I did allinurl:siteaddress and my site has gone! Though it finds a couple of sites where my link had been posted. Anyone know whats going on there!?

try site:domain.com to see if site is indexed., or cache: domain.com

For new websites that is pretty normal.. Just an advice don't mind google as of the moment just give more focus for new good unique contents for now. Just give it 6 months and for sure you will see good results.

maybe less than 6 months. i think that if you continue adding new unique content it will need max 2-3 months to get listed again

You're site is still fresh. Let Google find your site first.

seems im back in again, with an extra page indexed. still not all the ones I have. In fact, an old page i had is still indexed. not sure what happened there! I do have one page of dupe content that I intend to get rid of today, maybe that'll change things.

EDIT: actually, allinurl: site still doesnt work still, only site: sitename. What's going on there?

Don't worry about it for now, it's because your site is new.

When Google finds a new site it will index it and drop it again in a short space of time. It's just part of the process of them picking up your content and putting it into their algo to determine where they want to rank your pages.

Just focus on writing good quality content and generating backlinks to that content and worry about Google indexing you and ranking your pages at a later date.
