Hello. 15 days ago Google can index me regulary and I shared my posts on Twitter. When I post in Twitter it goes automatically post to Facebook, Friendfeed, Digg, Reddit and StumbleUpon.

But again 15 days ago Google stoped crawling me. I changed my title, description and keywords. 1 week ago Google index my mainpage. It takes my new title and metas.

But here is the weird. I have totaly 120+ indexed links. Now I have 1600+ indexed link. Google show my 1 year before indexed pages with when I was using blogengine.

And before when I search my post titles I'm in first or second page but now first 10 page i'm not in.

Is it sandbox or penaly? Or what can I do?

uhm depends on which keywords are you searching for... it may depends on the title and description you changed

I am new to this forum and tbh I have not heard of the sand box. Are you saying that what you post on url website also gets posted on other huge sites? The answer here is very obvious its a duplicate content issue. If google sees your content on these large sites then sees it in you small, new site they will think u r scraping.

If your site is over a year old, which I understand it is.. then this is not a Sandbox. You have a penalty on your domain by the sound of it.. However, with out looking at the site, I can't tell for sure.

If you look in Google Webmaster Tools you should check any old page URL's you had on your Blog Engine setup and ensure you have 301 redirects setup so that Google does not see a load of 404 errors. They hate this, although this would not cause a penalty..

Did you engage in any promotion tactics in the last 3-4 months that could be questionable?
