What you have showed is against the tos of adsense you did not blacken the ctr and cpm you can get banned.

 

Seems to me that the earning is way too low based on the number of impression that you are getting. Previously, I think with well optimized sites that should probably give you at least $0.50 of earning.

 

Yes it is. I dont know how to optimise. I've blend the ads and put the ads at right side etc.

Well the main secret to earn from Adsense is to get more Impressions. Thereby increasing the chances of getting a click.

So optimize you site, take care of Ad-placement, Increase the demand for your site by changing it's appearance or with the content that you got !
