Weird question about rep

Hello,
Ok i was wondering suppose a dude have say -30 rep points (yaa he must have made some mod or commando really mad or messed with some chick at DP).

Anyways ok he decides to rep someone say myself with a green, does his rep actually gives me a grey or do i get big fat red (cause he has only red to share? ) <that would be insane if he repping green actually gives end-user a red cause he/she is short on reps ?

So what will it be ?

1. Grey
2. Green
3. Red
4. Some mixed color like Pink ?

So next question, when do u get a rep power after 50 +ve rep points? Also how does the system figure out if its -ve or +ve (sorry my math is weeeek, i just use absolute values everywhere and put a plus or minus sign accordingly)

Plus i always wanted to know what others thought would happen if such a person reps someone else.

I would think it would be "Grey" as that person wouldn't have enough rep power to affect you

 

It will bne grey coz he doesnt has enough power to spread out greens because he himself is repping from hell...

 

Well I think it shoule be green because Reps is in negative but Rep power also depend on Posts. If you cross 25 posts than you got first power.

Than power will increase on Posting and also Reps points.

I think you need to have at least 10 positive rep points to be able to affect the rep of other members.

About the post and point requirements, he also has like say 1K posts, and is like 2 years old member.
