Bug Weird Problem With Linked PayPal Account

    Hello,
    I am facing a weird problem in Marketplace. I have linked my PayPal account to sell items. I have listed ebooks in the marketplace. My customers are complaining that when they click on Buy Now, they get this error from PayPal "Error from PayPal: Failure, The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to send payments using balance"

    I have an Indian PayPal account which is fully verified. Surprisingly I can manually receive payments from the same customers. :(

    That message is coming directly from PayPal, not us. You would want to give PayPal a call for that and ask them why.

    They don't seem to have any clew. Thanks anyways. BTW this error only comes in MarketPlace and not in Buy,Sell and Trade Section. I can receive payments from there easily.

    How many B/S/T transactions have you done with that particular user via PayPal?

    This was my first transaction with him. The error had popped previously too with some other member.

    Previously I have received manual payment from other member. I will update if I can receive manual payment from this member
