Weird problem when importing file to Wordpress 2.5.1

I got a full working blog which contains 10k+ of post.
I then export the database using Wordpress built-in export function.
When I import the xml files on other wordpress, it only show around 6k+ of post and I notice some of the post is missing.

Any idea how I can solve this problem?

 

Do this process via php my admin. It wont miss anything that way.

I've login into phpmyadmin and do I select all tables or only certain tables to be export into xml format? Any tips? I'm afraid I would just mess up my database even more. sorry noobs here.
