So you're using a low resolution TV as a computer monitor? That's the only time I've seen anything with that LOW a resolution wider than 24"... Hell my pair of 24" on the sides are 1920x1200, the 27" in the center being 2560x1440... my 17" LAPTOPS are 1920x1080. Admittedly the line between a monitor and TV are now blurred, but usually there's a pretty big difference in pixel density and decoding. TV's in fact usually add a bit of smear to the output to make up for encoding artifacts since they're expecting Mpeg2 or MP4 style encoded video.
Nah, it's a monitor, but it's a low-end one. There are plenty of 27" 1920x1080 monitors, it was actually quite common a few years back. Considering investing in 3x4k 24" monitors, but can't afford it right now. Renovating the apartment comes first.
