Weird Problem on External Link List

    I've been doing SEO to three websites at the same time and I got anchor backlinks from the same forums (same topics) to these websites. When I check the external links on Google Webmaster Tools for these websites, I saw that one of them don't get backlinks whereas other two websites are getting.

    I wonder why? I'm thinking this is a temporary situation maybe or there is a problem I dont know?

    1) Google's WMT is updated spiradically... Some screens updated once per week... some seem to update every 2 wks or so... some completely random or so it seems. It could be the sites are on a different update schedule from one another.

    2) Just like with the LINK: operator at Google, the external links shown in WMT is typically only a "sample" of your backlinks. WMT generally shows a bigger sample than the LINK: operator, but still it is generally only a sample. Google typically will NOT show you all of the backlinks that they know about.
