This happens to a lot of my photos its weird. You can save it and zoom into if you want its not photoshoped at all. My girlfriends camera isn't dirty either. She has a 10.2 mp i believe.
Oh yeah, I clicked it there. That is strange. Does it happen often? Cause i'd take the camera to get checked out, or mess with the settings to try fix it (if it's a settings problem). I can only think that it could be the lens being dirty or very poor quality, or it could be a lighting problem (if it doesn't happen often).
You got blue bubbles in your hair. try zoomify. you can drop in a high res photo it cuts it up and puts it in a flash. then you can pan around and zoom really easy.
