I was talking to a friend and asked him what if I use vcc to verify a paypal account and after this paypal asks for a credit card statement then what? he said tell them that you used vcc and then they will ask for original address proofs and all..give them the original details and they will NOT limit your account... eddy and other experienced people...please reply.. is it safe telling pp that i used vcc to verify my pp?
Well first thing i would like to say, why use VCC if you have your CC ,Vcc will definitely will make your account limited, as the vcc have expired date,SO when the expired date is over your account MAYBE limited and you will have to insert another one to make it verify. Nowdays Using VCC will make your account limited , If paypal Gets to know
Using vcc in paypal is a risky thing. As per as your friend says is totally wrong. Paypal ask to add credit card in order to verify it with your current name and address. Case1: When they limit your account and you will tell paypal representatives that you used a vcc, there is no way out. Case2:If paypal limit your account for using VCC , then they not only asks for address and id proofs but also your credit card statement in resolution center , so if all docs are not submitted , your account get flagged. Case3:If you used to give paypal screenshot of your account statement if used Payoneer card (They accept) , if entropay (they won't), and forget about all other vcc account statements. As its due to payoneer is not a vcc , its a real debit card , shipped with your name and address. But its better if you use real credit card , it will make your life easy. Hope it helps. Regards- James
Not at all, you must not disclose about VCC being used. Rather there are other smart ways by which you can get rid of PP asking for CC statement.
No way. VCC will put you in trouble. You can't cheat paypal with any tricks. Just avoid Vcc (virtual credit card). Try to use real CC.
VCC is virtual credit card with this you can verify your paypal account. If you have a CC then why you are using VCC.I think you should avoid VCC and try to use CC.
VCC's are not accepted by paypal and so if you tell them you used VCC then you asking for more trouble.. and paypal will love you suspend your account.. and your done forever... i have seen many VCC users who lost there accounts for using VCC.... so i will say stay away from VCC....
Dont tell then that you added a VCC. Thats against the TOS actually. Or if u have added it and have no way out, ask the one who sold you the VCC for the statement. He can view the statements on his online account. This is what i did. Regards, LaZyBuMâ„¢
A soft copy of account statement is not accepted by paypal. They just freeze your account. No any VCC trick will save you mate.
Paypal will only paper statement of accounts. Don't use VCC unless all you want to do is to get your account limited. Most of the time, a VCC (if it is not issued directly by your bank) defeats the whole purpose of verification in the first place. Firstly, the one selling you the VCC probably does it against their own bank's policy. Secondly, the one selling you the VCC would not even bother to check if you are claim you are who you claims to be. The whole purpose of verification is to use your bank checks to determine if you are who you are and your credit ratings. VCC allows cheaters and fraudsters to use the paypal platform to cheat others and thus are frown upon. Besides even if your intentions are clear, you may be liable for identity theft (since it is someone else account) and if the account holder as a bad credit rating, it would affect you directly. If you use VCC to verify your account, you are telling Paypal that the one who issues the VCC is you.
I would not suggest telling paypal you used a vcc...I think this would make the problem worse. Im not sure, your kinda stuck when you used the vcc in the beginning. -sean
