Weird Hidden Text

I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would have this text hidden on their website:

It's on a site about a female model...

 

That's kind of weird.

 

It's not even targetted...I just don't get it. It's just random jibberish.

I want to do some more looking around on this one and see if I can't find some rhyme or reason to what's going on.

 

Any of the links on that site redirect out to a site that offers those services? Or their webmaster has screwed them for some reason to maybe try and target the theme from what it was meant for.
