I've emailed my support about this issue but I'd like some other feedback if at all possible. My site is available to me at some times but not to others at the same time, some of these people are in different countries. Other times its not available to me but its available to my friend whose in the same city but on a different ISP as well as to other people in different countries. I've been told this is an issue with my ISP? but then it must be an issue with every ISP if some people can't access it at some times - it doesn't make sense! I have emailed my ISP about this, still no reply. my sites been down to me for 2 days now. The weird thing is is that this doesn't always apply to my entire reseller account - only one or two domains - sometimes their all down sometimes only one or two! It does work from behind a proxy which is the weird thing!! The main site affected is www.eruanna.net, others are www.apricot13.org and www.femgeek.co.uk.
It sounds like a problem with your DNS servers at the ISP level. I would recommend changing DNS servers to something that is known to work. OpenDNS works for most people; I no longer use them, but they still work.
similar problems with my server, was at shoutserv. ended up puttin my account for sale, for lack of success accessing it.
