weird arrangment code

i was updating ad size when i noticed that the old ad code hase this arrangment

google_color_border = "000000";
google_color_bg = "000000";
google_color_link = "0099FF";
google_color_url = "000000";
google_color_text = "ffffff";

google_color_link = "3399FF";
google_color_text = "FFFFFF";

both are generated by google i never play with google code so is this norman ? does the arrange has been changed since the old code about 3 months ago
