We have a PayPal Business Account and we dint receive any limitation email , but when we logged in, I see this,

    So, what to do ?
Call them and ask, what the fuss is all about ?

    No..
Just 2-3 disputes, which we already solved with the customers, as they had issues accessing our helpdesk.

    Thats all.

I think, I should call Paypal and get them to fix it.

The best you can do is call them mate! Dont try to email them!

I had a similar story before some months and it took me 1 month to find a solution!
    They suck mate!
I even uploaded a photo of some ids and because one id was missing 1cm from one corner they doesnt accept it!

Call them and talk with aggresion or they will never take you seriously :O

Have you checked on the exact email address that send you this email? I have this encounter that it is embedded with a strange email but on my yahoo mail, it indicated as Paypal. It ask me to click on a link to do something but i ignore it. I go straight to Paypal and they say that they have not send such email. So my recommendation is to go directly to Paypal if you received strange email to clarify.
