    So, this site was sold, but the "seller" despite being online a couple times and being pmed 2 or 3 times, didn't even dignify to answer, so here it is again. :) Maybe this time you can get it. :)

    COMMENTS: This site is quite recent. When it came to my hands it was parcially SEO'd. SEO job has been done after that, and most pages indexed at Google.

    Premium template was encoded. It is decoded now and you can change it just like any other.

    There are 2 ezine articles pointing at it, and 3 strong PR4 backlinks (between many others) pointing to him, just waiting to be picked up by goog's crawler.
