    I'm selling greenishzone.com, a weightloss blog I've run for a while, but lately, it hasn't been updated. It has good traffic, although decreased lately due to no postings. It also contains a free weightloss ebook, unique and written by myself.

    It's up to now, not been monetized, but as you can see, it's fully possible, and I've now added adsense to make it easier for the new owner. I would also recommend using CJ or clickbank as well, as this can help monetize it more.
