Weight..

    Can someone explain website weight please? I've saw it alot around here and in the co-op section, but i don't understand. Is it good to have more or what? :eek:

    the more the better :)

    website weight = no.of back links + traffic + indexed pages etc etc

    Correct me If I am wrong fellas

    I actually haven't heard the term weight in reference to websites that much, in terms of links more anyhow. But the guys / gals above are right. Some percieved measures of 'weight' might be pagerank, number of backlinks, alexa ranking.... things like this which webbys often use to find the 'heavy' sites.
