    it's nice - but it's kind of hard to differentiate between each section- maybe try to 'bold' or increase font for the title of each section?

    the same opinion from me, to avoid unnecessary comment. Make it to 2-3 difference post. much easier to read and related the link between the post.

    Content looks ok but the header is not fit for a weightloss blog...more over the color is straining my eyes :(

    I don't want to discourage you but really the theme needs a complete overhauling :)
