    I've been experimenting with weight.

I keep seeing half of my site ignored by the adnetwork it seems.

    Site is www.dneprimport.com

Part of site not counted is www.dneprimport.com/dog-blog/

It doesnt matter if i put ads on there or remove them, i still get the same weight.

    whats up with that?

The co op counts pages by using the google API tool. It does not matter how many pages you have in your site, it matters how many pages are indexed with the google API.

you could add 1000 more pages today, all with the co op ads, and until they are indexed, it won't increase your weight at all. i'm not saying those pages are new, but just that not all pages on your site are indexed with the api.

    API shows 49 pages.

the part of the site that does not seem count had about 30 pages.

ok, well if the api is returning 49 pages, then that is what it is counting. if you take the ads off those pages, and revalidate, it does not check all the pages on your site, rather a random page to see if the ads are on it.

Oh. I always though it checked all pages.

So whats to stop people from having ads only on few pages and then just revalidating till they are validated?

    p.s.

I validated a good number of times, and not once did it fail because of no ads on the blog page. weird.

because it's dishonest and quite honestly, a pain in the neck to revalidate so often.

it checks for pages that have been indexed by google API, there is a chance that not many of those pages you aren't running them on are indexed by the api.

have you checked out the co op unoffical faq? it answers a lot of these questions.

    Yeah I read that.

Its that If i remove the ads from main pages it fails instantly.

If i remove ads from blog nothing happens.

If i put my website as www.dneprimport.com/dog-blog/ then it calculates weight for those 30 pages without errors, and validates normally ( i.e. validates with ads and does not without ads).

These whole slew of small things make me think that something isnt right.

I really don't think i'm doing a good enough job of explaining, but honestly, everything sounds fine to me.
