Weight Loss Site - HUGE Potential

I decided to sell off one of my sites that I am really neglecting that has a tremendous amount of potential. In the right hands this site could be a really big money maker.

The domain name is amazing - www.weighins.com

Site is 100% unique. Its basically a myspace type of site that users can create and join in on weight loss challenges. The market for this type of site is really booming right now looking at the searches for this type of site.

Ive dont hardly any advertising and already pulled in 1500 members and they have lost over 2,700 pounds in our challenges. The site pretty much runs itself you just need to take time to answer support questions and advertise.

The site is ranking well in Google for some good keywords that pull in traffic. With a little more work you can land some better ones and you wont need to advertise at all. Right now word of mouth is bringing in the most traffic.

Its setup to be viral so the members do some advertising for you (which is where I am getting all the traffic now).

Gets around 200 unique visitors a day with around 2,500 page views. Currently no revenue because havent monetized but I ran the Agloco banner for about 2 months and now I have 1200 referrals. No telling what thats worth.

Im sure some well placed Adsense will bring in some good money with weight loss ads.

Has a complete admin backend to operate the site.

I have spent many 15 minutes in the last 2 months. Theres not really much to do at all. I will get the occassional email to help with the html code on their profile or simple stuff like that.

But the users create the challenges so theres really no need to deal anything with that at all.

I have the affiliate program turned off right now and never used it. But you can set one up and pay per click. Its tracked by unique IPs.

It gives you pretty much the same abilities as Myspace. The only exception is the weight loss challenges. These challenges are created by the users and every week they do a weighin. The weighins are tracked on the challenge page that includes a message board.

Its all unique. So it doesnt use a CMS.
